Introduction
OptiCompo
is a Euro-based (German) company that offers a
multitude of microboard and digital sound solutions.
Specifically, they develop compliments to existing
products, usually with the benefit of added convenience.
OptiCompo takes pride in its work (in fact, their
website states: "We are a group of people
who like to develop add-ons for existing boards/devices
and to develop new devices."), and the included
instruction manual gets refreshingly informal
at times (a smiley face at the end of a sentence?).
OptiCompo
produces the POFP, a digital audio solution to
work with your SoundBlaster Live! Value/1024 Player/Full
Player as well as AudioExcel's AV511. Before we
